Position:     Executive Chef

Requirement

  • Ability to manage and develop menus, cost control,
  • Knowledge of different cuisines (Chinese, Italian, etc.)
  • Minimum of 8 years experience required.

Position:     Pastry Chef

Requirement

  • Ability to prepare all type of muffins, doughnuts, cakes, Pies and bread.

Position:     Cooks

Requirement

  • Knowledge of both continental and Africa Dishes
  • At least 3 years experience required
