Position: Building/ Architectural Support Engineer
The ideal candidate will be between 25 and 35 years of age and must possess a B.Sc/HND in Civil/Building/Structural/Architectural Engineering or any other relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience preferably in the Building industry.
Job Requirement
- Provide multi-disciplinary Engineering Support for Building Systems, Product Specifies and Institutional Clients
- Design and adapt our building systems to market demands, taking into consideration production, financial and installation limits with good engineering practices
- Research and Development
- Knowledge of PRE MADE PACKET” Concept
- Evaluation of feasibility of roof plan and analysis/qualification of drawings/measurements.
- Project Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Mobilization and Controls
- Proficient in the use of Computer packages including Autocad and MS Project.
Position: Technical Services Manager:
The ideal candidate must be between the ages of 30-40 years and must possess a B.Sc/HND in Civil/Building/Structural/Architectural Engineering with a minimum of 7 years relevant working experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Building Materials industry. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Responsibility:
- Provision of Technical Advise to Customers
- Preparation of Technical Documentation regarding Product Literature
- Training of Professionals and Building Decision Makers
- Project Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Mobilization and Controls
- Provide good leadership to the Team
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Structural/Building Engineering Technology
- Analysis and design of structures
- Proficient in the use of Computer Packages including Autocad and MS Project
- Self motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Good negotiation/social skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid Drivers’ License.
Position: Nursing Officer
The ideal candidate must be between the ages of 25-35 v should possess a B.Sc/RN Certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification work experience as Industrial Nurse. Must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria with valid practicing License Occupation Health Nursing Certificate will be an added advantage.
Job Requirement:
- General cleanliness and sterilization of instruments
- Setting layout for treatment of patients
- Consults, diagnose and treats minor ailments in the absence of a Medical Consultant
- Administers injections and medicines as prescribed by the Medical Consultant
- Autocad-Claving of dressing materials
- Keeps accurate patients medical history and records, and proper filing of patients individual treatment cards
- Preparation of monthly statistics
- Accompanies referred patients to hospital within and outside the town, where necessary.
