An Estate outfit with interest and subsidiaries in Estate Development, Consultancy, Building Construction and cleaning Services has a vacancies to be filled due to business expansion.
Position: Project Manager (Male)
Location: Ibadan
Qualification
- Bsc/HND in Quantitative Surveying or Civil, Engineering, or Building Construction
- Masters Degree in project or construction Management
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Between 4-7 years post NYSC
- Proven past and/or current record of projects handled.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in use of computer project management software’s e.g. primavera, Microsoft project Smartcard etc.
Position: Marketers: (FEMALE ONLY)
Location: Lagos, Ibadan & Abuja
Qualifications:
- OND + Experience (1-3)years
- Good personality
- Good communication skill
