Position: General Manager (RE 1)
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve a game plan for a successful running of the hotel
- Ability to lead other workforce and drive business strategically
- Should have the capacity to drive profitability
- Capacity to maintain and exceed targeted room occupancy
- Present weekly performance report to the CEO
Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should have minimum of 8 years experience in the hotel business or similar business
- Applicant should have First degree in any course with hands on experience in the hospitality business
- Evidence of past achievement(s) in the hotel business will be an added advantage.
Position: Marketing Manager (RE 2)
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve a marketing plan to achieve business target
- Ability to continuously drive turnover for the hotel
- Ability to initiate a market/sales opportunity and ensure success
- Capacity to coordinate other team members in achieving desired outcome
- Present weekly performance report to the GM
Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should have minimum of 5 years experience in the hotel business or similar
- business
- ApplicantĀ should have First degree in any course with hands on experience in the hospitality business
- Evidence of past achievement(s) in the hotel business will be an advantage.
