Vacancies: Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Finance and Administration Manager

RTI International is seeking for candidates with a strong knowledge of health policy and systems strengthening approaches along with expertise in one or more of the following areas: HIV/AIDS; Leadership and Governance; Advocacy; Health Finance; Policy Implementation; Public-private Partnerships; Civil society Strengthening; Training/Capacity Building .
Position: Senior Technical Advisor
Requirement
- Applicants must have an advanced degree in public health, medicine, public Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 6-9 years’ experience working in policy and advocacy in Nigeria. Demonstrated skills and experience strengthening links between national, state, and community level stakeholders to better integrate policy analysis and ensure sustainable and effective implementation
- Additional expertise in cross-cutting areas relating to: gender, poverty stigma and discrimination reduction, or human right will be an advantage.

Position: Senior Finance and Administration Manager
Requirement
- Applicants must have a minimum of 12-16 years’ experience in Financial management of international-donor-funded projects including experience in the management of USAID-funded projects;
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and/or experiences in financial planning and management; significant knowledge of USAID rules and regulations; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicant should have minimum of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field required along with an ACCA/CPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
