Requirement and Experience
Applicants should possess the following:
- A proven record of accomplishment and achievement in school management
- Demonstrable evidence of promoting and improving academic standards;
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills;
- Leadership experience;
- An understanding of the challenges that are part of working in a boarding school;
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of education or a Degree and PGDE;
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage;
- Not less than 40 years of age;
Remuneration
The salary package is competitive and will be commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
