Vacancies: Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Finance and Administration Manager, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation

Position: (SR.) Technical Advisor
Requirement:
- Applicants must have an advanced degree in public health medicine, public administration, or minimum of related field and
- A minimum of 6-9 years’ experience working in policy and advocacy in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated skills and experience strengthening links between national, state, and community level stakeholders to better integral policy analysis and
- Ensure sustainable and effective implementation, Additional expertise in cross-cutting areas relating to: gender, poverty, stigma and discrimination reduction, or human rights will be an advantage.

Position: Senior Finance and Administration Manager
Requirement:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 12-16 years’ in financial management of international-donor-funded projects including experience in the management of USAID-funded projects;
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and/or experiences in financial planning and management: significant knowledge of USAID rules and regulations;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Account related field required along with an ACCA/CPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification. Masters degree in Business Administration or relation field preferred.
Position: Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor
Requirement:
- Applicants must have a minimum of a 9 years’ experience designing, managing, and implementing M&E activities.
- Must have experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and experience working with USAID and/or PEPFAR along with knowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines, and tools for M&E,
- Additional experience related to HIV service delivery for at-risk populations and/or organizational capacity building (particularly in Nigeria) preferred; Masters degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field required.
