A Fast Growing Dynamic and Forward Thinking Company specializing in the provision of IP Solutions-, Network Security and Managed Services, based in Abuja and Lagos, with operations spanning the nation are currently recruiting and are looking for dynamic, innovative, smart, and resourceful people to join their team. The vacancies are as follows:

Position: NOC Manager- Abuja

 

  • In this job role, the employee will be responsible for managing the core network infrastructure of the company This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day to day tasks of the engineers within the network group and will ensure that the systems and technology perform optimally at all times and are constantly upgraded to remain relevant. He/she will constantly review and refine support documentations, processes and associated requirements and drive implementation in line with industry best practices and will have technical experience in TCP/IP networking and sound knowledge of Telecommunications and TCP/IP networks, as well as other Operating Systems.

 

 

 

  • The NOC Manager will be expected to recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions that exceed client expectations and will continually define, communicate and enforce organizational standards; multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule; and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients.

 

 

  • For this vacancy, the ideal candidate will 3-7 years experience, a degree in Computer, Electronics or Communication Engineering and relevant Cisco & Juniper Networks certifications.

 

Position: Legal Officer – Abuja

  • In this job role, the employee will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of the organization in relation to financial and legal practices, as well as issues of corporate governance. The legal officer will act as the communications liaison officer for the board of directors & company shareholders, reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments. Typical work activities will include, drafting of contractual agreements for the office; dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders; monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and taking appropriate action; liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors; and providing legal advice to the different managers /departments as and when required.

 

 

  • For this vacancy, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in corporate legal environment with a first degree in Law. Experience working as a lawyer within the telecommunication industry with a focus on drafting contracts agreements, and SLAs will be an advantage
