Person Specifications
- The right candidate will be technically competent, have tertiary education and ACII certification.
- Cognate brokerage experience of not less than 12 years (5 of which must be at senior management level) is a key requirement.
This is a corporate leadership position; it is therefore expected that the right candidate must have the following:-
- High personal credibility
- Passion for team work
- Record of delivery of business results.
