A Leading Property Development Company currently engaged in the development of a large residential estate is seeking to engage dynamic professional to fill the position below in its Abuja office:
Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Works with Contractors to ensure that all areas of the project are set up and executed in full compliance with the company’s requirement and approved technical specifications.
- Responsible for Quality Management and overall Construction activities.
- Responsible for day to day supervision of construction works on site.
- Monitors work schedule for contractors on site to ensure building completion targets are met
- Provides exceptional leadership and effective supervision to the Site technical team.
- Prepares regular progress report on activities of construction work on site to the Managing Director
Qualification/Experience:
- Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, Building Technology/Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture.
- Must be a registered member of a recognized professional body and must possess minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification relevant experience, five of which should be at senior levels in construction management.
- Experience in development of Housing Estates will be a definite advantage.
