Position: Chief Lecturer (Department of Quantity Surveying)
Salary: CONPCASS 15
Qualification and Experience
- Interested candidates are expected to be holders of Doctorate degrees in the relevant field(s) from recognized Universities
- Should have at least twelve (12) years of teaching/applied research and industrial work experience in institutions of higher learning or holders of academic Master’s degree or appropriate post Graduate qualifications from recognized institutions with at least fourteen (14) years of cognate experience in institutions of higher learning.
- Applicants must be registered members of relevant professional bodies and show evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals, conferences, seminars and ability to provide academe and administrative leadership.
Position: Principal Lecturer (Department of Quantity Surveying)
Salary Scale: CONPCASS 14
Qualification and Experience
- Interested candidates are expected to be holders of Ph,D in relevant field(s) from recognized institutions with at least nine (9) years teaching and applied research experience in institutions of higher learning
- Candidates must also be holders of good academic Master’s degrees or appropriate post-graduate qualification(s) from recognized institutions with a minimum of twelve (12) years of cognate experience.
- Applicants must be registered members of relevant professional bodies with evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals, conferences, seminars, and ability to provide and academic and administrative leadership
Position: Senior Lecturer (Department of Quantity Surveying)
Salary Scale: CONPCASS13
Qualification and Experience
- Interested candidates are expected to be holders of Doctorate degrees with at least 6 years of cognate experience
- Applicants should also be holders of a good academic Master’s degrees from recognized Universities with at least 9 years on the job experience with proven ability for applied research and productive work.
- Applicants must be registered with relevant professional bodies with evidence of scholarly publications.
Position: Lecturer I (Department of Quantity Surveying)
Salary Scale: CONPCASS11
Qualification and Experience
- Interested candidates are expected to be holders of good Doctorate degrees in the relevant field(s) from recognized institution of higher learning with, at least 3 years of teaching/research experience in institutions of higher learning
- Applicants must be holders of good academic Master’s degrees in the relevant fields from recognized institutions of higher learning with 6 years of teaching and research experience . Candidate must be holders of good honors degrees with equivalent professional qualification with at least 9 years of cognate experience.
Position: Lecturer II (Department of Quantity Surveying)
Salary Scale: CONPCASS 9
Qualification and Experience
Interested candidate are expected to be holders Doctorate degrees in the relevant field(s) or academic Master’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of or a good first degree or equivalent professional qualifications with at least 6 years post qualification teaching /research experience.
Position: Lecturer III (Department of Quantity Surveying)
Salary Scale: CONPCASS 8
Qualification and Experience
- Applicants must be holders of academic Master’s degree in the relevant field(s) from recognized Universities with NYSC discharge certificates
- Candidates must also be holders of a good honours degree or equivalent professional qualification with 3 years of cognate experience.
