Position: Product Manager
The product Management (PM) role is responsible for the technical health of the product. This includes on-going technology assessment within the context of the competitive landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As the technical and business manager on the product, the role will interface with industry thought leader, and strata partners He/she will:
- Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning
- Create and maintain the business plan for the markets served by our product line
- Develop business case: Articulate the company’s distinctive Competence and the product’s unique advantage
- Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and show campaigns
- Work with the management team to ensure that the product is correctly communicated to the market, and to support the sales effort
Educational requirements, work experience and required knowledge and skills
- Applicants must possess Bachelor’s degree plus an MBA required with 4+3 years experience in a techno commercial operations
- Ability to foster and manage relationships across multiple departments and discipline to meet aggressive goals and strict deadlines
- Solid technical background in .Net, LAMP and associated technologies.
Position: Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful design, delivery and implementation of the enterprise business solutions (projects & initiatives). This individual will manage, mentor and lead the team through the entire solution development project lifecycle from vision to promotion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the technical implementation strategy to support the enterprise’s business strategy.
- Manage the design and delivery of enterprise level business initiatives
- Creates accurate project estimates, define the project’s approach, create staffing plans, and develop and maintain a precise project plan.
- Implement delivery methodology and processes to ensure the successful delivery of all engagements
- Offer business and technical insight during the design of the solution and collaborate with the team.
- Author strategic document that can be used to establish client executive buy-in, identify project ROI and secure sponsorship.
Educational requirements, work experience and required knowledge and skills
- Applicants must have an MBA in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Should have 3-4 years management experience in an information Technology environment
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Team/Project meeting management skills, including preparation, execution and timely documentation of results.
- Knowledge of and experience with system design and data modeling
- Familiar with management tools like oracle, Agile, Doors.
