Vacancies: Internal Auditor, Regional Sales Associate

Position: Internal Auditor
- The Internal Auditor will be expected to carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, i procedures and standards by which the company’s financial, physical and information resources are managed. S/ht? ‘ must also act as a facilitator in business risk management and carry out vaiue tor money reviews, thereby assisting the management and the shareholders of the company in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.
- To report to both the audit committee and management, on the policies, programmes and activities of the department
- To coordinate coverage with external auditors and ensure that, each party is not only aware of the other’s work but also well briefed on areas of concern
- To provide both management and the audit, committee with an opinion on the internal controls in the company.
Educational requirements, work experience and required knowledge and skills
- Experience equivalent to a 4 year university education with an emphasis in accounting or finance. ACCA is required, MBA preferred, CPA desired
- 3-5 years in a Big 4 public accounting firm and 4-7 years minimum of experience working in related field Knowledge of computerized accounting and auditing record keeping systems
- An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
- Strong analytical skills.
Position: Regional Sales Associate (Northern, Western and Eastern region)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s sales plans and ensuring profitability and growth.
- Develop, communicate and supervise the execution of sales plans and strategies for the region
- Service the strategic distributor/dealers accounts.
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities
- Develop and grow existing accounts
- Deliver regional sales targets and objectives
- Coordinate research activities and provide comprehensive reports by products analysis.
Educational requirements, work experience and required knowledge and skills
- Candidate must possess B.sc in Marketing
- Minimum of 3-4 years Cognate working experience in a similar position preferably an IT Have computer expertise in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong analytical and presentation skills
- Be an outstanding communicator with clear interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must have excellent customer relation skills and be organized, energetic and self- motivated
