Vacancies: Chief Operating Officer, Marketing Manager, HR Manager

 

Our client, a leading multinational finance services organization entering  into Nigeria is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the positions below:

 

Position: Chief Operating Officer (Ref: Exc001)

 

Reporting to the CEO, this role is accountable for ensuring operations, including client services and the administration of back office functions. Also accountable for the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Takes overall accountability for the operation of the unit including, but not limited to the following
  • Client servicing operating model, back office operations and the IT landscape with specific experience  of CISCO network equipment, HP servers, windows server 2008 & SQL databases
  • Accountable for the business plan and the delivery of operational targets
  • Integrates delivery and metrics across the people, process, finance and customer dimensions of the business
  • Ensures that a comprehensive  information management strategy is in place
  • Ensure effective resourcing of department and efficient service deliver.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicant must possess a first degree (B.sc) in Computer Science or has a business degree from a reputable university
  • A relevant post graduate degree or professional qualification such as MCSE is  required
  • Should have 10 years experience in insurance administration and  at least 3 years at managerial level.

 

Position: Marketing Manager (Ref: Exc002)

  • Takes  overall accountability for the operation of the unit including, but not limited  to the following
  • Client servicing operating model, back office operations arid the IT landscape with specific experience of CISCO network equipment, HP servers, windows server 2008 & SQL databases
  • Accountable for the business plan and the delivery of operational targets
  • Integrates delivery and metrics across the people, process, finance and customer dimensions, of the business
  • Ensures that a comprehensive information management strategy is in place
  • Ensures effective resourcing of department and efficient service delivery

  • Applicant must possess a first degree in computer science or has a business degree from a reputable university

Position: HR Manager / Kef: Exc003

Reporting to the CEO, this position is accountable for development and execution of HR in the country.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the full HR function
  • Delivers HR capability across the business
  • Identifies HR issues and needs within the business
  • Provides input to the country executive committee, as well as central HR regarding HR issues and needs of the business
  • Aligns HR strategy to the country business strategy and evolve a performance driven culture.

 

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidate must possess a First good degree from a reputable university
  • Must be CIPM or CIPD certified or have a post graduate degree in HR
  • 10 years HR experience and at least 3 years at managerial level.
