Position: Facilities Officers
Locations: Asaba, Umuahia, Awka, Port Harcourt and Enugu
Reporting to the Facility Manager.
Person:
- Good Team Leader, unflappable under pressure with excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Coordinating maintenance activities, supervise service providers.
Qualification:
- First Degree in any Engineering field.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in similar field,
Age: 28 – 34 years.
Position: Bookkeepers
Locations: Asaba, Awka, Umuahia
Reporting to the Facility Manger/ GFC
Person: Organized, numerate,
Duties:
- Keep record of accounts in necessary books, track accounts to verify payments, correlate same with invoices sent
Qualification:
- Candidates should possess OND, ATS
Experience:
- 3-5 years in similar role
Age: 30 – 35 years
Position: Secretary/Admin Officer
Location, Abuja
Reporting to the MD
Person:
- Organized, excellent knowledge of Microsoft word suite.
Duties:
- Make ready documents, proposals and presentations. Stock the office with necessary supplies, general admin, duties.
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc Secretarial Admin or Business Admin.
Experience: 3 – 6 years
Age: 26 – 30 years
