Our client, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), established as a resolution vehicle/stabilizing and revitalizing tool in the Nigerian economy is seeking to recruit qualified professionals as team heads and team members to fill the positions below:
Position: Credit and Risk Management
- Oversee all transactions regarding transfers to Asset/Loan management teams
- Finalize deal structure and payment means to banks.
- Oversee valuation and recommend classification of loans as viable or non-viable (liaising with DMO).
- Refer decisions for strategic transactions to Credit and Asset Management Committee via ED Credit
Requirements:
- Must have 10 to 15 years post call experience
Position: Loan/ Asset Valuation
- Loan/ Asset Valuation
- Carry out valuation of NPLs at banks.
- Perform viability assessment test for loan restructuring
- Oversee transfer of loans from EFIs to AMCON, working closely with Bank Relations officers.
Requirements:
- Must have 10 to 15 years post call experience
Position: Credit Resolution and Management
- Loan administration
- Oversee transfer of NPLs from EFIs to AMCON
- Obtain and manage NPL information
- Initiate contact with external investors desiring to buy NPLs.
- Undertake recovery activities for viable assets.
