Position: Administrative Secretary
Location: Ibadan- Free Accommodation
Education qualification
- Applicant must possess B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Administration or management, B.sc or HND in Business Administration or its equivalent. Must Be Computer Literate.
Working Experience
- Must possess a minimum of three (3 years secretarial/Administrative experience.
Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible to the Managing director/Chief Executive officer for performance of all secretarial and administrative functions within the managing director/chief Executive Officer’s Officer. He/she will perform the dual role of being the secretary to the Chief Executive Officer, and of the management meeting.
Qualities
- Applicant must be competent, hard working, dynamic, self-motivated, Trust worthy and result-oriented. Faithfulness and loyalty to Management is second to none
