Church Administrator at a Reputable Company

A vibrant, socially relevant and transformational biased church seeks qualified candidates to fill the position below

 

Position: Church Administrator

Reporting directly to the Parish Pastor, the administrator will be expected to perform the following duties:

 

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the church.
  • Ensures that die administrative functions of the church are performed.
  • Supervises the entire workforce of the church.
  • Coordinates the activities of the various department  of the church
  • Liaises with other parishes within the area and province
  • Maintains a highly motivated workforce
  • Provides purposeful leadership to the staff of the church.
  • Ensure that the work environment is conductive for members and staff alike, devoid of any sort of discomforts.

 

 

The Person

  • Must not be less than 40 years old .
  • B.Sc/HND in any relevant field
  • Must have 7 – 10 years experience at Managerial level in a Church, hospitality industry or any services based organization
