Job Specs: Manager- Sales and Pre-Sales (BFSI)

Location: Lagos

Job Profile:

The candidate will be responsible for Sale and Pre-Sales in the Banking and Financial Services segment,

 

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating Leads, Qualifying the opportunity at primary level
  • Gather market and competition information
  • Day to day sales and pre-sales activities
  • Prepare and present introductory presentations to prospective
  • Build relations with decision makers, influencers and
  • Coordinate with partners and support staff to prepare proposals
  • Monitor and follow up accounts to ensure closure

 

Desired Profile:

The candidate should: have:

  • Have a minimum experience of 5 to 7 years in the financial market
  • Have the ability to understand prospect pain areas, requirements and propose effective solutions
  • A pleasing personality with good communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to leverage existing contacts in the industry
  • Be a team player, self motivated and carry a passion for growth

Job Requirement:

The ideal candidates should possess the following qualification:

  • Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects.
  • NYSC discharge certificate
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) obtained from a recognized University

OR

  • Candidates should have HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) obtained from a   reputable Polytechnic/College of Technology in any of the courses listed  below:

  • Indentify prospect needs and ability to build effective solution
  • Gather market and competition information
  • Day to day sales and pre-sales activities
  • Prepare and present introductory presentations to prospective customers

  • Monitor and follow up accounts to ensure closure
