Vacancies: Mining Engineer, Service Engineer, Production Manager
A subsidiary of a construction company requires candidates to fill the positions below at its Quarry site in the South West region of Nigeria.
Position: Mining Engineer
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should possess a B.sc. degree or HND in mining Engineering plus at least (3) three years working experience in a quarry industry.
- He is expected to conversant with drilling, blasting and crushing operations. He must have a blasting certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure will surely be an advantage.
- Age Range: 28 – 35 years
Position: Service Engineer
Qualifications
- Prospective applicants should posses HND or equivalent degree in mechanical production or other related engineering discipline with a minimum of (5) five years working experience preferably in a quarry industry where earth-moving and heavy duty equipment like caterpillars, generators and compressors are handled and serviced.
- Age Range: 28 -40 years
Position: Production Manager
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should possess a B.Sc degree or HND in Mining Engineering plus at least (10) ten years working experience in a quarry industry.
- The candidate should meet or surpass the following conditions:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound experience in managing subordinates
- Ability to coherently prioritize, plan, organize and follow-up job
- Must be a member of Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers
- Age Range: 30 -45 years.
