Position: Senior Manager Commercials/General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle Marine logistics operations
- Handle claims and assist in cost estimations during pre-bid comments
- Responsible for business relationships with IOCs and other related companies in the industry.
- Reviews and approves project budgets, costs and expenditures and ensures that the projects are well managed within cost.
- Develop and establish good review programmes for future project improvements.
- Work closely with bidding team to ensure success award of projects
Requirements:
- Minimum University degree in social sciences with MBA preferred,
- Member of the relevant and recognized professional bodies,
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferably in Marine logistics, Oil and Gas and / or offshore operations with commercial exposure,
- Possess strong business acumen and negotiate ability
- Able to travel at short notice

Position: Legal Course
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advisory and support for the company, operations and any other aspect of interest for the business
- Support settlement of compliance, regulatory and litigations, etc issues
- Assist in legal issues associated with the drawing up negotiation documents and the settlement of disputes
- Assist in legal suits pertaining to its activities, in compliance with defined company criteria and, where necessary, seeking external legal advice
- Prepare legal documents, review and draft business related contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum University degree in Law with at least 5 years experience as an in-house legal consultant, preferably with a Marine logistics, and/or Oil and Gas company.
- Good experience in handling wide range of corporate legal issues.
- Strong in spoken and written skills particularly English.

Position: HSE Superintendent /Commercial Officer
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures in responsible areas
- Plan, direct and coordinate tender preparation, collation and submission.
- Maintain effective working relationships and communications with external clients and regulating authorities,
- Reports to GM/Senior Manager Operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of University degree in related discipline with at least 5years working experience.
- Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
- Certificate in HSE related courses and membership of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP) will be an added advantage
