The key personal attributes for the position include the following:
- B.Sc or HND in Biochemistry/Food Technology or related disciplines such as Chemistry and Chemical Engineering with practical exposure in food processing industry
- MBA/M.Sc in Project/General management and specialist training in vegetable oil refining will be a real advantage.
- Proficiency in at least one project management or large agri-business application computer software.
- At least 5 years experience in a corporate managerial and project management role
