- Membership of N.B.A.
- Well grounded in Nigeria Legal System
- Not less than 4 years experience in this capacity

- Candidates should have B.Sc./H.N.D. in Accounting
- Must be computer literate
- Possession of ICAN certificate will be an added advantage
