Position: HR Training and Development Manager(Ref. No.MSC/GGNL-006)

  • Applicant should have 3-5 years proven experience of managing learning and development initiatives effectively.
  • Should have  a University Degree or Post-graduate qualification in the learning  and Development field
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or relevant equivalent qualification
  • Membership of professional body (e.g. CIPD/ITOL) and engaged in ongoing CPD
  • Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Training   and development
  • Policies

 

 

Position: Admin Operation Manager HR (Ref. No: MSC/GGNL-007)

  • Applicant should have a University Degree or Higher Degree preferable
  • Several years’ professional communications experience,  including  internal    communications & its role in organisational & cultural change programme
  • Extensive administrative  and secretarial experience, at senior management level
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan pro-actively, attention to detail,
  • Efficient and reliable in following up multiple tasks.
  • 3 years + HR administrative management experience. Commercially wired brain –
  • Ability to hit budgets, manage expectations and understands all aspects of the HR life cycle.
