A Well-Established Conglomerate in the manufacturing of chemicals in Nigeria seeks for immediate employment of qualified, resourceful and result oriented persons to fill the positions below:
Position: Generator Operations Electrical
An underlying qualification in electrical engineering or any other relevant field is required.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the electrical operations and maintenance of diesel engines (500 kVa minimum), additional experience or exposure to gas powered engines is a bonus.
- Familiarity with generator power panels, circuit breakers and MCCB is essential. Troubleshooting skills must be advanced.
- Logical reasoning will be tested.
Position: Generator Operations Mechanical and Maintenance
Requirements:
- An underlying qualification in electrical engineering or any other relevant field is required.
- A lesser grade of qualification may be basis of extensive experience.
- Minimum of experience of 7 years in the maintenance, servicing and general care of diesel engines (500 kVa minimum), additional experience or exposure to gas powered engines is a bonus. QC procedures with regards to parts and fuel must be known Additional knowledge in the integration of electrical concepts in generator sets would be considered a strong bonus.
