Position: Divisional Head, Marketing (Ref: DHM)
Job Objective:
- To mobilize sales from identified market segment, manage marketing team and gain signifies clientele base
Requirement:
- Must have first degree Marketing or any social science course from any reputable institution, possess more than 5 years working experience and have worked in similar capacity with a N1bn turnover company for at least 2years. Good working Knowledge of cooperate Nigeria, a professional qualification in marketing and/or a Master’s Degree will be an. Added advantage.
Knowledge:
- Good grasp and understanding of the variables in economics and the real estate industry.
Skills:

Position: Human Resources Officer (Ref: HRO)
Job Objective:
- To carry out effective human resources management of the company while reporting to a management staff.
Requirement:
- A good University degree in Social Science or Humanities preferably. Minimum of 2-5 years relevant cognate experience.
- CIPM and other related certifications will be an added advantage. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools (word, excel, power Point etc.)
