The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) is undergoing Reform in furtherance to the Federal Government’s renewed vision for the Railway so that it is able to respond to the challenges of a new and modern Railway. A number of new appointments has been made recently. However, five additional high level senior technical and management vacancies have been identified which the NRC now wants to get filled.

 

The Candidates

The NRC is looking for dynamic and talented professionals with integrity and the highest ethics who will advance the course of NRC as a major player in the transportation sector. These must be team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also possess good technical knowledge gained from several years of experience of working in direct or transferrable relevant industry sectors and backed up by excellent technical and professional qualifications.

Position: Assistant Director of Track (GL 15) –

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline with at least 12 years cognate experience out of which 5 years must be in senior technical and management position.
  • Candidate must be a chartered engineer with membership of a relevant professional body.

Position: Assistant Director of Works (GL 15)

REF. NRC/AD-W

 

Qualification:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline with at least 12 years cognate experience out of which 5 years must be in senior technical and management position.
  • Candidate must be a chartered engineer with membership of a relevant professional body.

 

 

Position: Railway Printer (GL 15)

REF. NRC/AD-RP

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in printing or other relevant discipline with at least 12 years cognate experience out of which 5 years must be in senior technical and management position.
  • Candidate must be a chartered engineer with membership of a relevant professional body will be an advantage.
