Position:     Facility Management Officer

Specifications:

  • Good university degree or its equivalent with a minimum of Second class (Upper Division)

 

A minimum of 8 years experience covering the technical areas below

  • Office administration and Procurement
  • Facility management in a best practice environment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good self presentation with high level of confidence
  • Overseas/ global best-practice experience

Position:     Human Resources Officer

Specifications:

  • Good first degree in any Human Science discipline with a minimum of  Second class (Upper Division) Professional body membership and affiliations

 

A minimum of 3 years experience in the technical areas below

  • Organizational and employee development
  • Staff career charting
  • Succession planning
  • Talent management
  • Staff on-boarding and training
  • Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations and communication
  • Familiarity and skill with human resources automated Microsoft office suite of products and employee file management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Overseas/ global best-practice experience
