Position Title: General Manager

Location: Abuja
Qualification:
- A University Degree or Higher Degree with a Professional Certificate in Food and Hospitality Management is preferable.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Oversee the day- to-day operations of the Hotel
- Manage, coordinate and control the expenditure activities,
- Budgeting, Performance Management and Profit improvement,
- Experience in analysing sales figures and devising marketing strategies.
- Experience in planning work schedules for individuals and teams
- Work with tax authorities and external auditors in statutory audits and ensure cordial working relationship,
Skill Requirement:
- A minimum often (10) years working experience with four (4) years in the same capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with excellent, social skills
- Strong willingness and ability to train others
- An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present clear and concise oral and written reports when required
- Creative and visionary problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills, able to effectively challenge the status quo and encourage positive working environment.
