A Major Player in Hospitality Industry situated in Abuja due to expansion is currently looking for a result oriented person to fill the vacant position below.

 

 

Position Title: General Manager

Job Type: Full time

Location: Abuja

 

Qualification:

  • A University Degree or Higher Degree with a Professional Certificate in Food and Hospitality Management is preferable.

 

 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Oversee the day- to-day operations of the Hotel
  • Manage, coordinate and control the expenditure activities,
  • Budgeting, Performance Management and Profit improvement,
  • Experience in analysing sales figures and devising marketing strategies.
  • Experience in planning work schedules for individuals and teams
  • Work with tax authorities and external auditors in statutory audits and ensure cordial working relationship,

Skill Requirement:

  • A minimum often (10) years working experience with four (4) years in the same capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent, social skills
  • Strong willingness and ability to train others
  • An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present clear and concise oral and written reports when required
  • Creative and visionary problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills, able to effectively challenge the status quo and encourage positive working environment.
