Our client, an International Company and major player in the service sector of the Nigerian economy seeks to recruit a dynamic and resourceful candidate to support the business goals of the company.

 

Position: Human Resource Manager

  • Salaries and Wages Administration
  • Human Resource Services/Welfare
  • Human Resource Information and Services
  • Industrial Relations
    • Review and Implementation of HR Policies

 

 

Required Skills/Competencies;

  • First Degree in any discipline;
  • A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource practice
  • Computer Skills – proficiency in MS-office application
  • Ability to manage due process and procedures
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills – oral & written
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of personal effectiveness
  • Membership of CIPM will constitute an advantage
