Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diary management and coordination of travel arrangements
- Office Project Management
- Communication Management
- Interfacing between other staff and the MD
- Maintenance of office equipments and oversight office management
- Other traditional PA duties as required – carrying out specific projects and rewards
Line Reporting & Functional Linkage
- Reports to the Managing Director

Education:
- Applicant should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a minimum of 6 years related work experience
Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Written/spoken French will give an edge
Computer Knowledge
- Strong computer knowledge with a focus on MS Office tools/packages and Oracle
General:
- Preferably from 35 years old and above.
Remuneration
Compensation is competitive and depends on experience and qualification
