Position: Health Records Officer II

Salary Scale: CONHEES- 7/2 i.e N981, 712 p.a.

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess degree in Health Information Management or Bio-Statistics from a recognized institution.

Position: Health Records Technician

Salary Scale: CONHEES- 7/2 i.e N635, 053 p.a.

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess Health Records Technician Certificate from a recognized health institution.

Condition of Service

• The condition of Service is as an obtained in other Federal Tertiary Health Institution in Nigeria
