We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

 

Position:     Food and Beverage Supervisors/Managers

 

Requirement:

  • Applicants should have HND and at least 3 years experience in a recognized hotel.

 

Responsibilities:

Applicant is expected to:

  • Supervise kitchen and dining staff.
  • Provide leadership and culinary skills.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Take stock of food items and drinks and order replacement accordingly.
  • Undertake portion control of food Items.
  • Plan for conferences and functions.
  • Perform other functions as directed by manager.
  • Candidates must be less than 40 years of age.
  • Ability to speak a foreign language an added advantage.

 

Position:     Waiters: (Dining and Bar)

 

Requirement:

  • Candidates must have OND or HND and at least one (1) year’s experience in a recognized hotel.
