We are a Leading Property Development and Facility Management Company with Head Office in Lagos.

 

As a result of re-engineering in our Strategic units, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

 

Position: Estate Officer

 

Qualifications:

Our Preferred candidate should have:

  • A minimum of B.Sc./HND in Estate Management with Upper Credit/ Second Class Upper division.
  • Possession and membership of NIESV is essential
  • Appreciable knowledge of Microsoft Package is mandatory
  • A minimum of (5-8) years working experience in a facility management company/construction and real estate industry is desirable
  • Within 28 – 35 years age bracket

 

The Person

  • Prospective candidate should posses:
  • Analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision and a willingness to act decisively
  • Self-motivated, resilient and result oriented

 

Position: Maintenance Technicians

Requirement

  • Applicant should have Labour & Productivity Trade Test I, II, III and OND with 5 years experience between 25-35 years of age in: Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigerator and Air –conditional.
  • Experience in industrial generator will be an added advantage.

 

Position: Office Assistant/Cleaner (in a Corporate organization )

 

Requirement

Candidate should have 5 years experience and  WASC Certificate holder.
