A Large and Vibrant Microfinance Bank (MFB) urgently requires qualified persons to fill the positions below:
Position: Business Development Manager
Tasks
Successful candidate will provide overall leadership for the rapid expansion of product portfolio of the microfinance bank.
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates must have first degree or its equivalent in any of the social/management sciences
- Minimum of five years-cognate experience in banking environment
- Possession of MBA from a reputable institution is an added advantage
Other Requirements
- Highly motivated team player with sound analytical and communication skills and passion for the provision of financial services to low income people and microenterprises
Positions IT Manager
Tasks
- Successful candidate will plan, design, coordinal and manage the implementation of credit operations software systems with the related ICT, for promptness in transaction, and reporting
- Automation of Head Office operating environment, smooth internet connectivity and management amongst others.
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates must have first degree or its equivalent in computer science
- Minimum of three years cognate experience in banking environment.
- Professional certification in related areas is an added advantage
Other Requirements
- Highly motivated team player with sound analytical and communication skills.
