Position: Channel Manager, SME, and Residential
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
The Channel Manager will develop and manage all the company’s direct and indirect sales channels that Interface with the small businesses and residential customers. And will also be responsible for all aspects of retail product sales; from pricing negotiations through contract development to ensuring successful order fulfillment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and develop reliable sales channels to sell the company’s retail products and services
- Perform site visits to the company’s retail outlets throughout the defined territory
- Assist in managing sales performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures
- Train and coach sales representatives in the field – owns and is accountable for the customer experience, maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent Communication Skill -Oral, Presentation and Writing
- Knowledge of Internet Protocol and broadband based systems will be a plus
- Must be familiar with Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt metropolis
Position: Account Manager
Location: Lagos and Abuja
Job Summary
The Account Manager will develop and implement Customer Relationship Strategies that guarantee satisfaction, retention, multiplication and build partnership and customer loyalty.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of IT Applications Systems deployed to clients
- Develop business development strategies that drive increase in sales with high profits
- Analyze competitive offerings for development of Sales/marketing strategy
Required Competencies:
- IT /Telecoms Industry Savvy; Knowledge of Key Account Management Techniques
- Excellent Communication Skill – Oral, Presentation and Written
