Vacancies: Operator (CAT/LIEBHERR), Maintenance Manager
We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below in a Quarry around the Cross River State area.
Position: Operator (CAT/LIEBHERR)
Area of Specialization:
Excavator, Bulldozer, Grader, Dump Truck, Wheel Loader, Drills etc
Qualification and Experience
- Applicant must possess Trade Test or its equivalent
- Should have 2-5 years working experience in the Operation of Heavy Duty Earth Moving Equipment
- He/she must be able to speak and write in English and a holder of a current Class H
- Nigerian Drivers Licence.
- Ensure all work activities comply with company standards,
- Operate in a safe and efficient manner
- Wear correct PPE and identify hazard in the workplace,
- Abide by all Company Policies and Procedures
- Report all Hazards, Incidents, Accidents and Danger immediately
Position: Maintenance Manager
Report to: Project Manager/ Maintenance Manager International and Country Manager
Qualification and Experience
- Applicant must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Trade Test or its equivalent,
- Should have 10 years working experience in the Maintenance of Heavy Duty Earth Moving Equipment (Excavators, Bulldozers Graders, Wheel loaders, Dump Trucks etc,) and be computer tolerate in Micro soft packages.
- He/ She must be familiar with the use of Electronic Technology for diagnostics and fault finding.
- Liaise with production department on breakdown/ availability Issues.
- Ensure that company and client risk management strategies and initiatives are met.
- Undertake documented incident investigation for all Incidents.
- Ensure all maintenance registers are reviewed and updated on a schedules basis.
- Monitor all maintenance cost expenditures and equipment performances on site
Note:
All position must possess good communication skill, organizational skills, be a team player, exhibit leadership skills and possess a valid class E driving licence.
