Position: Managing Director/Chief Executive Officers
Duty Station: Lagos/Ibafo, Nigeria
Major Responsibility
Manage the company on a day-to-day basis, formulate the company’s Strategy and lead strategy implementation. S/he will drive business growth and profitability, ensuring effectiveness in performance and continually enhance Shareholder value
Recruitment Qualifications
Education:
At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Technology, Food Sciences, or related disciplines. Membership of relevant professional bodies a postgraduate degree and certification in Project Management will be added advantage.
Experience & Competencies:
- At least 15 years relevant experience in the agro-allied / manufacturing / FMCG industry with not less than 10 years in senior management position(s).
- Strong general management and supply chain management skills.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian business environment and peculiarities of agro-allied manufacturing.
- Demonstrable business development, negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
- International exposure.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to travel within Nigeria and overseas.
Language Requirements:
- Strong skills in written communications particularly in preparing concept papers or reports. Excellent spoken English and at least a local Nigerian language also required.
Age:
- Not less than 40 Years and not Above 55 Years
