Position: Purchasing Officer:
Successful candidate will have a deep understanding and passion for a five approach to service delivery and guest satisfaction. Outstanding communication skill, a strong work ethic, a desire to work as part of a creative team. Salary very competitive.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or HND
- Minimum of 1 years experience
- Very good command of English
- Completed Basic computer (MS Word and Excel)
Responsibilities:
- To purchase all food and beverage items for the Hotel and supervise the delivery and storing of these items.
- To log all orders
- To maintain correct invoicing and billing procedures.
- To carry out market comparisons of suppliers
- To meet health and safety requirements of the storing of all food items.
Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor:
Requirement:
- Candidates should have HND or B.Sc in Hotel and Catering Management with relevant experience of 5 years in an organization
Position: Front Officer Supervisor:
The candidate will supervise the guest house agents
Job Requirements:
- University degree preferably
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
