Position: Professor
Department of Biological Sciences
- Botany
- Zoology
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates shall possess a PhD degree from a recognized Institution in their area of specialization
- Must have at least Ten (10) year of post qualification of teaching and research experience
- Must have a minimum of twenty (20) publications in referred journals
- Show evidence of good performance in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching research. Ability for academic leadership, community service and administrative duties
- Be of good character
- Candidates shall demonstrate ability to play a major role in development of academic discipline and ability to initiate and sustain research in the university and
- Must be computer literate
Position: Reader
Department of Biological Sciences

Qualification and Experience
- Candidate shall possess a PhD degree from a recognized institution in their area of specialization
- Must have a minimum of seven (7) years post qualification teaching and research experience
- Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) publications in referred journals
- Show evidence of good performance in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching Research. Ability for academic leadership, community service and administrative duties
- Be of good character
- Must be computer literate.
Position: Senior Lecturer

- Candidate shall possess a PhD degree from a recognized institution in their area of specialization.
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years post qualification teaching and research experience
- Must have a minimum of Ten (10) publications in referred journals.
- Show evidence of good performance in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching Research. Ability for academic leadership, community service and administrative duties Must be computer literate
Conditions of Service
Salaries and personnel emoluments are similar to the monetized Consolidated
Universities Academic Salary Structure (CONUASS) applicable generally in Nigerian Universities.
