Position: General Manager – HR:
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline/MBA in HR and Personnel Management
Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Large enterprise with a workforce of 300 or more employees handling HR and Administrative work
Job Description:
- Knowledge of existing Industry practices in HR and well versed with the Statutory Rules of Corporates
- Develop and implement strategy for HR Management and Development including -Recruitment and Selection
- Policy/Practices discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development and performance appraisal .
Position: National Sales Manager
Qualification:
- Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Petroleum
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of hardcore sales experience in the oil and Gas sector.
Job Description:
- Takes oversight of all the Company’s Retail Station for monitoring Sales Performance Volume with assigned Volume Sales Target to meet every month
- Monitoring Sales improvement of all stations
- Leading the Sustainability and Increase in Market Share of the Company within the Oil and Gas space in Nigeria
- Supporting the GM in executing the Structures and Strategy to drive the improved performance in terms of Business Development and Retail Operations
- Reporting to the GM Marketing on daily performance of dealers and making activity.
