Vacancies: Customer and 3rd Party Interface Liaison Officer, Community Relations Officer

Our client, an Indigenous Oil and Gas Company involved in development of an oil field in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, plans to develop its production facilities consisting of a flow station   and gas plant, oil and gas flow lines, pipelines and water disposal system. Consequently, there is an opportunity to grow with a new and dynamic company for professionals required to fill the below vacant positions in the Company

Position: Customer and 3rd Party Interface Liaison Officer (Ref. F5)

 

Location:  Akwa Ibom State

 

Duties

  • Will coordinate the activities for export of crude from EGP to Manifold, logging metre readings for oil & gas custody transfer metres and other production data for export applications and reconciliations; and will report to- Head of Operations Planning

 

Specific Qualification:

  • HND in an Engineering Discipline with 8 years experience in E&P business; competence in multi-disciplinary maintenance and operations activities with track record in general contract and oil and gas sales & purchase agreements administration

 

Position: Community Relations Officer (Ref. F6)

Location:  Akwa Ibom State

Duties:

  • Responsible for the establishment, management, and maintenance of a strong, positive identity for the Company with the host community and Akwa Ibom State: developing/implementing Community Relations plan and Programs, reporting to the General Manager Operations.

 

Specific Qualification:

  • A good university degree in communications studies, or the Social Sciences with 5-10 years of work experience, ability to win and sustain the trust of others; a good knowledge of the prevalent cultures in the Niger Delta.

General Qualification

  • All candidates must have excellent communications, organisational, well developed leadership, inter-personal problem solving and analytical skills plus knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software.
