Business Development Manager (Lagos) at an Oil Servicing Firm

Our Company is an Oil Servicing Firm that specializes in Fuel Testing, Filtration and Dewatering Process Services, Due to expansion, the company currently seeks to recruit a Business Development Manager.

 

 

Position: Business Development Manager

Reporting to: MD/CEO

Location: Lagos

Brief Job Description:

  • The potential candidate should have lead and existing contacts within the manufacturing, oil terminals, marine/shipping, oil and gas, commercial facilities and telecommunication industries,
  • Visit clients and key decision makers in identified or relevant companies; provide service and technical support to clients in order to develop sales in new and existing markets with minimal Supervision,
  • Undertake troubleshooting of clients problem and product training

 

Educational Qualification:

  • A degree (HND/BSC) in Engineering or Similar Discipline,
  • Possess of MBA is an added advantage

 

Work Experience and Skills required:

  • Knowledge of oil and gas, marine/shipping, manufacturing industries, terminals and commercial facility operations support.
  • Proven prior experience, 5-7 years in oil and gas, marine/shipping manufacturing, oil terminals, telecommunication equipment supply, as well as procurement contracting in these industries.
  • A high degree of competence in use of tools for analysis of data for creating and delivering presentations of new equipment and servicing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop relationship with others, troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Those with experience in Manufacturing, Oil terminals, Marine/Shipping, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, Commercial fuel storage facilities and maintenance will have an added advantage.
