An Expanding Security Printing Organization with offices in Nigeria and Ghana presence in 12 African countries seeks to employ suitably qualified candidates for the position below
Position: General Manager Production.
Scope:
- To have responsibility for all production and manufacture activities of the Group both local and offshore
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of group’s entire production process for secure and commercial prints
- Resource mapping, planning and management
- Formulate and implement strategies for guaranteed best production practices
- Direct divisional bottom line responsibilities vis efficient production
- Reports directly to the Group MD
- Sterling Leadership Qualities
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the print production
- Hands on experience of Print Management and ERP systems
- Minimum of 15 years working experience with at least 5 years previous management experience. (A security printing outfit experience not a must)
- Ideally, suitable candidate should have graduated in print technology, production management, engineering or any other suitable first degree An MBA will be an added advantage
