Requirements of the Principal
You might just be the one if you possess the following, among others:
1. Minimum of a Master’s degree in English language or any of the core sciences
2. Professional teaching qualification
3. Minimum of five years proactive experience as principal of a school with tangible Evidence of superlative performance
4. Between 40 and 50 years of age.
Job Description
If you scale the hurdles, you would be expected to, among other things, see to the day-to-day oversight of the school’s activities, conduct regular assessment of staff, promote qualify service delivery among staff, and be actively involved in the general management of the school.
