Vacancies: Production Manager, Production Pharmacist, National Sales Manager

Our client, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria with over 20years of active existence requires qualified candidates for the positions listed below in her factory situated in Oyo state.

 

Please note that applicants must be ready to work outside Lagos.

Position:     Production Manager

 

As a production manager you shad be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. You will also be required to implement policies and systems as required by the management. You will also ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently by effectively utilizing the services of your subordinates.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 5-8 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a senior officer in the production department.
  • Experience as a production manager is an added advantage.
  • Applicant must be a pharmacist (B.Pharm. and other suitable qualification; MBA or MSc preferred)

Required skills

Position:     Production Pharmacist

 

As a production pharmacist you shall be involved with the followings:

  • Planning, coordination and control of the daily manufacturing processes especially with reference to the pharmaceutical operations.
  • You will also ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently with the utilization of manpower

Qualification and experience:

  • B.Pharm with minimum of 1-2years working experience.
  • Applicant should posses strong Excellent managerial, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to quantify and measure operational results and effectiveness
  • Must be computer literate and must be computer literate

Required skills

Position: National Sales Manager

 

As a National Sales Manager you shall be involved with the following

 

Job/Task Details

  • Planning coordination taking full responsibility of ensuring actualization of total sales objective of the division
  • To ensure that all regions are staffed with suitably qualified and dynamic personnel
  • To relate with distributors, and be able to feel their purse on various issues relation to our products and competitors activities.
  • To develop programmes that will ensure efficiency of field force measurable in terms of performance and cost control analysis

Qualification and experience:

  • B.Pharm with minimum of 6-10years working experience in related positions
  • Applicant should possess strong Excellent managerial, organizational skills
  • Ability to quantify and measure marketing and business development results and effectiveness.
  • Must be computer literate and must be computer literate
