Qualifications:
The applicants must possess all the followings:
- A good honors degree in an Engineering related discipline.
- Must be a member of COREN or CORBON
- Must not be less than 35 years old.
- Must have at least 8 years experience in the construction industry, of which 5 years must be in a similar position.
- Must have managed projects of over two billion naira and above and staff strength of not less than 200.
- Must possess a good knowledge of all aspect of project management and tools.
- Must have Ability to develop efficient working relation with Employer and Consultants.
