- Candidates should have B.Sc./HND minimum qualification in Catering and Hotel management with at least 2 years practical experience. Must be able to work and deliver results under pressure and must have a good understanding of the requirements for running a catering outfit and a central kitchen. Applicants should also have good administrative skills, good understanding of current production techniques and scheduling.
