We are a World Class Manufacturing Company with a modern automated Fabrication and Galvanizing Steel Plant in Nigeria. We currently require the services of experienced and articulate candidates to fill the following positions:

 

 

Position:     Quality Assurance Supervisor,

Qualification, Experience, Skills sod Competency

  • Candidates should have B.Sc/HND Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4-7 years experience as a Quality Assurance Officer in the fabrication unit of a sleet Company.
  • MS Word and Excel Skills.
  • Experience in international Quality standard will be an added advantage
  • Advanced Knowledge of Auto CAD
  • Well developed communication and presentation skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and qualify.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the quality of products and in- process inspection of operation of operation to ensure conformity with international and local standards
  • Supervise fabrication designs, operations and finished products.
  • Drives continuous improvement
  • Supervises direct reports
  • Implement and monitor quality policies
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures
  • Specifies inspection and testing equipments
  • improve and monitor inspection processes
  • Ensure that the production department is supplied with the right material.
  • Other duties assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
  • Adhere strictly to company’s safety policy and work instruction standard.

 

 

Position:     Financial Accountant

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competency

  • First degree or equivalent qualification in accounting or any finance related discipline.
  • Three to five (3-5) years experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (ICAN, ACA, CIMA, CPA and ACCA) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in data collation and analysis.
  • Good understanding of:
  • Local and international accounting standards and practices
  • Cost and financial accounting.
  • State, local, and federal income tax regime and legislation and implication for business
  • Well- developed ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail analytics and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability
  • Proficiency in the use of SAP and other applicable accounting packages.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process bills/ invoices presented for payment by suppliers, vendors and other service providers.
  • Process staff loans and personal advances.
  • Generate periodic reporting of outstanding/ un-retired advance balances and circulate to all Heads of Departments/Line Managers and relevant staff
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all invoices issued to clients.
  • Prepare periodic customer account balance ageing report and follow up with Sales Manager to collect outstanding payments.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register of the company – ensure regular update of the Fixed Asset Register with asset additions, transfer and disposal.
  • Periodically reconcile and coordinate physical stock taking of fixed assets to ensure existence of all fixed assets.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and follow up to ensure proper resolution of any issues.
  • Carry out periodic reconciliation of all accounts in the general ledger and subsidiary ledger and ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled and properly stated at all times.
  • Coordinate/supervise all general ledger activities, including period  opening and  closing voucher postings and maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Champion the preparation of periodic financial statements
  • Participate in the articulation of the department’s work programs and plans
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the chief Finance Officer.

 

 

Position:     Human Resources Officer

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competency

  • Candidates should have B.Sc/HND Its equivalent in any discipline, preferably in any of the humanities.
  • Two to four (2-4) years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labour law
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compilation and updating of Employee statistics and Monthly Manpower returns.
  • Staff recruitment: This includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing, selecting candidates and Inform /Successful / unsuccessful applicants.
  • Filing of documents
  • Documentation of new Staff
  • Handing of matters relating to insurance, Medical and Pension
  • Monitoring the Punctuality and attendance of all staff
  • Preparation of overtime records
  • Staff discipline and implementation of sanctions
  • Manage General Staff welfare matters
  • Any other duties as assigned.
