Pepkor Retail Properties a division of Pepkor Retail Ltd requires candidates to fill the position below:
Position: Property Manager
Location: Based in Lagos, Nigeria
Purpose of the Position
To research the property market, identify potential properties, negotiate and close business deals for the rental or purchase of new premises as to expand the Pepkor business in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities
- Negotiate leases for new stores/premises
- Liaise with landlords
- Presentations to board for approval
- Administration and record keeping of all property related processes
Job Incumbent Requirements
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification (preferably in Construction Management)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management
- Exposure to the retail industry would be advantageous
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria
- Well- organized, able to function independently, detail orientated and problem assessment.
